This is not a blog in the traditional sense.\u00a0 I\u2019m not voicing my opinion on politics, world affairs, or spirituality.\u00a0 I\u2019m not offering advice or trying to prove anything to anyone.\u00a0 What I am hoping unfolds from this endeavor is a platform and a tool for exploring spiritual principles.<\/p>\n
Any forum needs a few ground rules.\u00a0 When Joel Goldsmith taught these principles he had definite instructions for his students to follow.\u00a0 They were to approach this path through meditation.\u00a0 They were to keep secret and sacred their comprehension of truth until they had a realization of the principle.\u00a0 They were not to discuss truth or give opinions about a principle.\u00a0 What they could share, once they had come to a realization of a truth, was their own experience.\u00a0 That is what this forum is about.<\/p>\n
I see this blog working in two ways.\u00a0 First it is a place for me to post my insights into the truth.\u00a0 These posts will be drawn from my teaching experience, from my travels, and from world situations where a spiritual perspective could be helpful in bringing peace, compassion and understanding.\u00a0 The second way the blog can work is by providing a place where students can ask questions.\u00a0 Often, in a class situation, when a student asks a question the answer that comes feeds the entire class.\u00a0 If we see the world as our classroom, imagine how important your question could be.<\/p>\n
So, if you have some new insight, a new take on something posted here, let me know.\u00a0 If a post sparks a question, ask it.\u00a0 If you\u2019d like me to address some situation spiritually \u2013 to see how you can be in the world yet no of it, post that request.<\/p>\n
